If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent Urban Town Suites in advance. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for check-in from 22:30 until 01:00. Check-in after 01:00 costs EUR 50. Any request for a late arrival at BarcelonaForRent Urban Town Suites is subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 02:00.

Please note that bed linen and towels are included.

It works with a system that opens both the entrance door to the building and the apartment through a mobile application.
