These air-conditioned apartments stand within a historic 17th-century listed building that retains its original structure and offers city views from balconies.

The property is well connected by public transport, with the main office situated at 21 Calle Regomir in the same building as the apartments. Guests will also find themselves just steps away from key landmarks like La Boqueria Market and Plaça Reial.

Each approximately 20m² studio features a small kitchenette equipped with kitchenware including a microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle and dining table. Rooms are finished with hardwood flooring and offer amenities such as heating, non-feather pillows, towels and bed linen. Bathrooms are private with options for either bathtub or shower plus hairdryers.

BCN2STAY Apartments provide free WiFi throughout all areas along with flat-screen TVs and bedside sockets for convenience. The property includes luggage storage facilities while access to upper floors is via narrow stairs only due to its heritage status, there is no elevator. In exceptional cases, such as delayed flights, check in is possible, maximum until 19:30. Please inform BCN2STAY Apartments in advance.

Guest scheduled to arrive in Barcelona before this time can arrange to leave luggage from 13:00 to 16:00, only on weekdays (not holidays), and by previous arrangement with the property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.

Please note that since the building is a historic, listed building, access to the studios is via a narrow staircase and there is no lift.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
