Bright studio on the 5th floor of Parque Santiago II, in the very heart of Playa de las Américas. The balcony offers a side view of the sea and the nearby bars. Please note: due to the central location, night-time noise is possible, although the balcony doors have been renewed to reduce it.

The studio has recently been updated with new, high-quality mattresses for better comfort.
