Please note that bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented at the following prices:
Bed linen is included for reservations of more than 1 night. For reservations of 1 night, bed linen costs 3 €. Towels are not included, but can be rented for 3 € for the entire stay. Please note, when booking for more than 5 people, different policies and additional charges may apply. We request a 5 € cash security deposit for each key provided during check-in. This deposit will be refunded when you return the key during check-out.

Policy for New Year's Eve Bookings
For all bookings that include the night of 31st December, no refunds will be permitted in the event of cancellation. This includes not only the night of the 31st but also any nights before or after if they are part of the same booking. Therefore, once a booking that encompasses 31st December is confirmed, it will be entirely non-refundable.

Please note that it is essential that all guests present their physical passport upon check-in, except for EU citizens, who may also present a valid official identification card. Please be reminded that driver's license is not acceptable. In case of missing it, you should present official paper/report from police."Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
