- In the case of the APARTMENT WITH TERRACE, the damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 300. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings.

- Note check-in after 19:00 incurs an additional fee of €30, and check-in after 00:00 incurs an additional fee of €50.

- It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit.

- Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time.

- Please inform The White Flats Sant Antoni in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building.

- For the safety of all guests, we inform you that there are surveillance cameras in the building, only in the common areas, more specifically at the entrance and on the landings of each floor.

- The apartments only feature AC in the living room. In the bedrooms there are fans.

- Please note that there are 10 steps to climb to reach the lift.Please note that the full reservation amount for The White Flats Sant Antoni is due prior to arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
